We made it just over 150 cars for this renamed annual event. Most promotions were represented from England, Wales and Ireland. Cars were split into 4 groups each with 2 heats, first 4 from each qualified for the final. A last chance qualifier also produced 3 qualifiers and 5 drivers were seeded through to the final giving 40 cars in total. A DD rounded off the proceedings.

A dozen or so cars were selected for the best presented award which went by public acclaim to Steve Reynolds (173), though I expect even he would admit there were a lot smarter cars on display. There were heat wins for Mike Webber (224), Shane Brown (720), Scott Weldon(517), Glenn White (93), Gary Platt (97), Jon Ayles (300), Brett Ellacott (162) and James Perry (61). The final went to Mark Cooper (308) for the 3rd successive year with David Ball (617) coming 2nd and Mike Kilford (202) 3rd. The DD was won by Brian Webb (283)
The action photos were grabbed from video, hence the poor quality, the track lighting made it impossible to take any 'still' photos.
Thanks to Tim & Alex Catley for the photo's and the results and report on my Race Reports page.
